Modern Hardscape

Paver walk and patio

Urban Bungalow Remodel

We transformed the front of an untouched 1948 bungalow into a modern home with curb appeal by doing a complete regrade, installing terraced steel edging separating irrigated sod from decorative gravel, adding a horizontal stained cedar fence, a modern driveway, a front patio with planter, path and up lighting, and new concrete walkway. In the back, we removed 20 trees and chainlink fence, and installed a slab paver/gravel patio, irrigated zoysia, privacy fence, finished out ADU, and lighting.

Ranch Renovation

We took a 1980's builder-grade ranch-style home with drainage problems and no outdoor living or landscape and added paver and pea gravel pathways circulating the house, mulched plant beds throughout, two limestone retaining walls with drainage, regraded the backyard to add a paver patio and artificial turf, installed three cedar planters, new gates, trellis extensions to the back fence for vines, outdoor lighting, fresh sod in front, a trash/recycle enclosure, and a french drain system.
